The software offered through j-extensions.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) includes components, modules, and plugins for the Joomla framework and is collectively referred to as Joomla extensions.

Terms of Service for Subscription-Based Products
Our website provides access to product downloads based on the license terms stated above as well as the following Terms of Service of the j-extensions.com project.
1. Right of Use
With an active subscription, you are entitled to download the available Products as often as you wish during the subscription period and to use them on as many domains or websites as you like.
A 6-month membership entitles you to unlimited downloads of the included Products within a period of 6 months. If your membership is renewed, the right of use continues accordingly for the renewed period.
After your membership expires, you may continue using the Products you have already downloaded. The use of the Products is therefore not time-limited. However, after the membership period has ended, there is no entitlement to further downloads, updates, or support.
2. Product Modifications
You may modify or adapt the Products as necessary for your own purposes. Redistribution of original or modified versions is only permitted in accordance with the GNU/GPL license.
Copyright notices, especially those contained in XML descriptor files or PHP files, may not be removed or altered.
3. Unauthorized Use
The subscription is personal or account-bound and may not be shared with third parties. In particular, the following are not permitted:
- sharing login credentials,
- joint use of one account by multiple persons,
- technical or organizational measures enabling simultaneous multiple downloads,
- any use that impairs the stability or performance of the website.
In the event of violations, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access.
4. Updates
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Products are developed for the latest stable Joomla version. No guarantee is given that the Products will remain compatible with future Joomla versions.
Active subscribers may use our support to address questions or issues related to supported product versions.
5. Provision and Delivery
Access is generally activated immediately after successful receipt of payment. After completion of the order process, you will receive a confirmation or activation email sent to the email address provided during checkout.
The service is considered fulfilled once the download is made available or the activation information has been sent.
6. Assignability
Subscriptions and any related access rights may not be transferred, assigned, or sublicensed to any other person without prior written consent from j-extensions.com.
7. Ownership and Copyright
All Products remain the intellectual property of j-extensions.com or the respective rights holders. The purchase of a subscription or download does not grant any exclusive ownership rights to the Products.
Use of the Products is permitted only within the scope of the applicable license terms.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
The Products are provided in their current form. No express or implied warranty is given regarding error-free operation, unrestricted availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, j-extensions.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or any other disadvantages arising from the use of or inability to use the Products.
9. Refund Policy
As our offers consist of digital, non-tangible, and immediately accessible services, no refunds will generally be issued after the purchase of a subscription.

10. Warranty and Compatibility
j-extensions.com does not guarantee that the Products will be compatible with all third-party extensions, templates, or custom system environments.
All j-extensions.com Products are tested to function in the most important browsers, including Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
11. Support
j-extensions.com provides support for active subscribers within the scope of the services offered. There is no entitlement to support outside an active subscription period.
All support requests must be directed to our support team, which is available to all active subscribers.
12. Copyrighted Content
All content on this website, including texts, graphics, files, product descriptions, and other materials, is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, publication, distribution, or reuse, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent. Violations may result in suspension of the user account and further legal action.
